From your unique God-given concept for effective outreach to launching your first event, the Build Your Own Ministry Online classroom takes you up through ascending levels that both help to manifest your calling and to announce to the world that your work has begun.Join us in this virtual space where knowledge, passion, and faith converge to foster your transformative ministry within the heart of your inner city.
Completing this course will help you:

- Establish your Mission & Vision Statement, URL, Logo, and more.
- Set up your social media outlets to be fully utilized and effective.
- Build your best website base possible.
- Manifest your ministry through the correct use of powerful print.
- Launch your first event: flyer, press release, newsletter and all.

The Build Your Own Ministry Online classroom serves as a dynamic space where aspiring and seasoned inner-city missionaries can deepen their understanding, refine their skills, and connect with a supportive community committed to making a positive impact in urban settings.
Learning Path
- Establish your interest in community service.
- Finalize your Idea of a potential project/program/organization.
- Start developing and adding to your contact list.
- Begin working with a compliance specialist to set up your 501c3, tax id, bylaws, board of directors, financial statements, annual filings, etc.
- Create your Mission Statement.
- Create your Vision Statement.
- Choose the name of your webpage (URL).
- Choose the name of your ministry.
- Create and download your Logo.
- Set up a dedicated Gmail for your ministry.
- Set up your online file room with Google Drive.
- Set up your business phone number.
- Set up a virtual mailbox (if needed).
- Begin working with a social media specialist to establish a successful outreach campaign.
- Facebook – set up optimal pages that are fully used & begin a successful outreach campaign.
- Instagram – set up optimal pages that are fully used & begin a successful outreach campaign.
- Twitter (X) – set up optimal pages that are fully used & begin a successful outreach campaign.
- Other [TikTok or etc.] – set up optimal pages that are fully used & begin a successful outreach campaign.
- YouTube – set up optimal pages that are fully used & begin a successful outreach campaign.
- Begin working with a marketing specialist to establish a successful web-based SEO campaign.
- Create a Wix Website Builder account and continue working with your marketing specialist.
- Create a new email from your website (eg. for [email protected], mine is [email protected]) and use it in the “signature” for your Gmail.
- Create the Home page for your new website (including all content: verbiage, graphics, etc.).
- Create the About page for your new website (including all content: verbiage, graphics, etc.).
- Create the Contact page for your new website (including all content: verbiage, graphics, etc.).
- Create the Services (Programs) page for your new website (including all content: verbiage, graphics, etc.).
- Create the Events page for your new website (including all content: verbiage, graphics, etc.).
- Create the Blog page for your new website (including all content: verbiage, graphics, etc.).
- Unless you already have one, sign up for a Canva Pro Account, and then watch a related video tutorial as you take notes, and begin using it.
- Create, review, and then order your business cards.
- Create, review, and then order your brochures.
- Create, review, and then order your explainer flyers.
- Create, review, and then order your program booklets.
- Unless you already have one, sign up with 4Imprint, and then watch a related video tutorial as you take notes, and begin using it.
- Create, review, and then order your tablecloth.
- Create, review, and then order your shirt(s). (Prepare for the future by ordering one(s) that come in multiple sizes for both men and women.
- Create, review, and then order your pens, or some other giveaway. (Pens tend to be the lowest priced giveaway and therefore best to start with.)
- Create, review, and then order your display banner.
- Schedule, on your calendar, at least one event but preferably two to four ahead of time for the entire year.
- Create, review, and then order your event flyers.
- Create an account with Wondershare Filmora, learn it through their tutorial video series, create a video for your event, & post it on your website.
- Create an account with Eventbrite, learn it through a related tutorial video, create a full post for your event, & post the Eventbrite link on your website.
- Create a Press Release & Media Advisory, and release it through a database that you have created of local major media outlets.
- Create/publish your first weekly, monthly (recommended), or quarterly newsletter & send it to the confirmed subscribers in your contact list.
- FINAL: Sign up for the C2 Leadership institute at FaceLA.org [where your instructor received his Black Belt] & begin connecting with them.
- FINAL/CONTEST: Present a slide presentation (3 minutes or less), in class, powerfully featuring your ministry while using the material that you have gained from this training. The winner(s) will be based on the amount of gained material that is used. Have fun!

The course aims to empower participants in prayerful, effective, and powerful ways, providing guidance on leveraging digital platforms to enhance outreach and community impact.
Throughout the program, leaders will receive actionable insights, practical strategies, and support to successfully navigate the challenges and opportunities of building and expanding their ministries in the online realm.
The ultimate goal is to enable mission leaders to adapt and thrive in the evolving landscape of ministry, fostering greater connectivity, outreach, and positive impact within their communities.
